  • The Filling Station, Kansas City’s only coffee garage, is soon to be six years old, and we plan on serving quality espresso, coffee and food for many years to come. In the heart of Union Hill, we are local and independent—we provide a unique menu, a hip atmosphere and an ever-growing staff of talented baristas—not to mention a terrific patio space and free wifi.

  • Whether it’s breakfast, lunch, or a snack in-between, you’ll have plenty to fill up on when you stop in. We believe firmly in presenting quality and originality—revisiting our menu regularly, while continuing to serve up house favorites. When we can’t create items in our own kitchen, we proudly work with other local businesses to bring you our full menu. To name a couple, we’re happy to send a shout out to City Bakery and Le Monde Bakery. Yum.

  • Having a great menu is certainly important. Pulling great shots is imperative—and we pull some bitchin shots. Whether you prefer sipping on a latte, an americano or a double espresso—we do not disappoint—and are pleased to be using Broadway Espresso. We also proudly brew a rotating selection of coffee blends and varietals, roasted locally by Oddly Correct Coffee. Of course, not everyone loves coffee (go figure), but we’ve got them covered too. We’re cool that way.

  • Even more cool, we recently opened our second location—conveniently located in Westport at Westport Rd and SW Tfwy—complete with a simplified menu and a Drive-thru!
